Well, Patty and I had a great time yesterday! We celebrated our birthdays - hers being August 20th and mine August 12th, so we combined them and got together yesterday at my place.

Aren't they just scrumptious?? And oh so delicious, lol.
I also put text on the cake, but it came out so small, argh.
Here's what it said:

"Hey Jared, we forgot to wish Patty and Cindy a Happy Birthday."
"You're right! We have to make up for that right now."
"Okay, are you ready?"
"Yep, let's go."
"Happy Birthday Patty and Cindy! Many happy returns!"
"That was awesome dude."
"Yeah, it kinda was Jared, it kinda was."

Silly, right? Oh well, it was fun!
We had a great day, we shopped til we dropped and then we attempted to go to a new restaurant, The Counter, at Santana Row here in San Jose. But man, it was a zoo, we couldn't even find parking! Argh. So, we ended up at our favorite place, The Elephant Bar and it was good ;-) Then we came home and had JJ cake, lol.
I got awesome gifts from Patty - oh my god, she got me the Comic Con gift bag and it is HUGE and BEAUTIFUL! So great, really, I was stunned. And she got me the Cakehole cup, lol. I love that thing! And all kinds of other J2 goodies - a paperweight with a gorgeous pic inside, a pencil holder with four pics on it, two little notebooks with their pics on them, a keychain, a bookmark....and even a bunch of pics from the French magazines! I made out big time, lol. Thanks again Patty!
Oh and we of course watched the gag reel - we only watched it once, but I am sure the next time we will watch it more since I'll have the DVDs by then ;-)
All in all, a great day!
